Chris Facente - Service Manager
Chris brings 20 years of automotive experience to Saturn of Charlotte’s service department. When not working, Chris is very active in Martial Arts and racing. Chris enjoys meeting all of our enthusiastic Saturn owners.

Travis Boone - Service Advisor


Travis has been with Saturn for 3 ½ years. Travis started in the detail department and with a desire to learn everything about service department operations, received a promotion and training to become a service consultant.

Travis is a ‘people-person’: One of his favorite pastimes is spending time with family and friends. What he enjoys most about working here at Saturn of Charlotte is the time he spends with our customers and being able to help them with their vehicle’s needs.

With Saturn for 2 years, Mark has 20 years of experience in the automotive business.

Mark enjoys interacting with our customers and prides himself on being able to educate customers on maintaining their vehicles, how to control maintenance expenses and dispelling myths about car repairs.

Ed started his career in the automotive industry with Saturn and has been with us for 10 years. Ed enjoys his role in managing the parts department, providing parts support to the whole facility and directly to you, our customer.
